Inca Shipiba Retreat – Traditional Amazonian Plant Medicine Healing
Integration & Embodiment Retreat – Ayahuasca Healing Journey

10-Day Retreat: July 3–12, 2026

Inca Shipiba is a healing center led by a Shipibo family in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest near Nauta, Peru. Guided by Maestra Matilde, the retreat follows the Shipibo tradition of plant medicine, honoring ancestral knowledge while offering it in a grounded, respectful, and responsible way.

This retreat is designed as a space for integration, embodiment, and deepening your process. After moments of insight and transformation, true change comes from how those experiences are grounded and lived. The Amazon provides a powerful environment to slow down, reconnect, and integrate what has been revealed, allowing for greater clarity, stability, and alignment in your life.

Over 10 days, participants are guided through a balanced process of preparation, ceremonial work, and integration, supporting not only transformation, but the ability to carry that transformation forward in a sustainable way.

You will participate in a master plant dieta, a traditional healing process that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual integration. Each participant’s journey is unique, and Maestra Matilde will select a teacher plant based on your process and readiness.

Some of the plants we work with include:

Bobinsana – emotional healing and heart opening
Ajo Sacha – cleansing and strengthening the energetic body
Chiric Sanango – grounding, resilience, and courage
Uña de Gato (Cat’s Claw) – purification and physical support
Noya Rao – clarity and spiritual alignment
Ayahuma – protection and inner strength
Chuchuhuasi – vitality and grounding
Toe (Brugmansia) – a powerful teacher plant, used under strict supervision

The retreat begins with a tobacco purification ritual, an essential plant in Amazonian medicine. For those who feel called, kambo may also be offered as an optional cleansing practice before deeper ceremonial work.

Ayahuasca ceremonies follow the Shipibo tradition, conducted in darkness and guided by icaros — sacred healing songs sung by Maestra Matilde, Maestra Sarita, and Maestro Wilson. These ceremonies support emotional release, clarity, and deeper awareness, with a strong emphasis on grounding and integrating insights into daily life.

This retreat is for individuals who are ready for sincere inner work and integration. It is especially supportive for those who:

Have had previous plant medicine or personal growth experiences
Are navigating life transitions and seeking stability and direction
Want to embody insights rather than continue seeking new ones
Feel called to deepen their connection with themselves and their path

At Inca Shipiba, we provide a safe and respectful environment where participants can work with the sacred plants of the Amazon while supporting the preservation of Shipibo ancestral wisdom and tradition.
